Rick Duszynski has in excess of 30 years of professional experience in the energy marketplace, including business operations, mergers and acquisitions, and investment portfolio management.
Prior to joining Downstream Advisors, Rick served the private equity investment community as an energy industry subject matter expert and investment advisor as well as the Managing Director of a private hedge fund focused on midstream sector investments. Prior to this, Rick spent 22 years as an operating executive in industry, including senior executive positions with Basis Petroleum Company, Duke Energy Power Services, Atlanta Gas Light Company, and Sequent Energy Management.
Rick holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
