Context
Investors formed Lucayan Trans Fuels, LLC in 2021 and engaged Mr. Rick Duszynski and Mr. Steve Graybill of DAI to serve as executives to aid the development.
Messrs. Duszynski and Graybill updated the project economics, met with the Bahamian government representatives
Risk Management
Agreements with commercial counter-parties and with key contractors are being arranged and interest in equity ownership and site operation is being solicited.
